      Pros

      I am new to the Neighborly organization, but I'm already in love with the culture here. The team I'm on is collaborative and great to work with. I highly recommend joining the Neighborly team!

      I haven't ran in to any cons yet, but I've only been here for a week and a half.

      Pros

      The pace is fast, but the teams are competent enough to keep up with it. You're moving quickly alongside smart people, not scrambling to keep things together. Leadership is excellent and clearly sets the tone for how the broader organization operates. The culture stands out. People are kind and engaged in a way that feels real, not performative. The brands in the portfolio are strong, which makes the work easy to get behind. Comp is competitive and the operational infrastructure is already there. For anyone who wants to move fast and actually get things done, it's a great environment.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, some systems are still being built out and aren't fully functional yet. There are many on the team who are relatively new, and the pace is fast, so there's an element of building the plane while flying it. However, this is an opportunity to have ownership and accountability for growth.
