Nice people, stable company. I can work remotely. My small team has helped me grow and learn many new things.

Cons

Most seem to be underpaid, there seems to be a high turnover rate, and not much has been done to address this, despite it being brought up in Q&A during company-wide meetings. Aren't as mindful as they could be regarding remote employees and the higher cost of living in other states, they don't seem to think they should have to account for that when compensating their employees.

They provide me with the support and training to improve my skills and feel the opportunities are great. Lots of respect amongst our team and openness to work together to create change.

Cons

Working remote is the only negative to me. As much as the freedom is nice, it is always great when we get together.
