I have never experienced such a disrespectful leadership. My advice, if you have a different opinion, keep it to yourself. Good hardworking, longtime employees left because they had a different opinion than the CEO or other executives. My department lost more than two employees within a couple of months because of how the people were treated int this department, Also, there is no transparancy of why people get promoted. There are employees they got promoted from a Senior Analyst to a Senior Director within in a couple of years, while other employees have to wait years to get promoted once.
Very weird that this company received multiple good ratings within a couple days from the executive level in October....
