Spent over 2 years here—easily the worst company I've worked for. Zero process, random hiring (even at director level), then they claim no budget or work. Promotions are based on politics, not skill—manual testers turned Product Owners overnight. No real appraisals, but employees are expected to pay for team outings. Micromanagement is extreme, egos run the place, and if you don't play the game, you're ignored. It's a fake GCC—everything is controlled from the US, and the India office is just for show. Avoid at all costs.
