Pros

Entry level customer service rep role is about what you would expect. Servicing inbound and outbound calls to student loans borrowers can be draining but the training is good and it builds skills you can use to find better employment opportunities. After working for about a year new opportunities arise within the company. Team lead roles, of the phone duties, etc.

Cons

Micromanaged. Two 15 minute breaks and half hour lunch. On outbound calls most people do not want to talk to you because you are attempting to collect a debt.
