Pros

Free Food however in exchange they will take your soul out of you. Only join this organisation if you don't have any personal life/family/friends.

Cons

Let me set the scene: picture a workplace so delightfully toxic that it's like a chemistry experiment gone hilariously wrong. So, you've got these managers, right? They've mastered the ancient art of nodding their heads, even if you're explaining quantum physics to them. And hold onto your hats, because the path to success here is paved with the most precious currency of all: being a YES MAN or YES WOMAN. Remember that mythical thing called 'work-life balance'? Yeah, it's as elusive here as a unicorn wearing a disguise. These folks have sold their souls to SATAN (that's right, all caps) in exchange for an eternity of high-pressure chaos. The atmosphere is so charged, it's like a reality show where no one cares about you, and the only goal is to see who can juggle the most tasks while tap dancing on a unicycle. Managers with fragile ego, these legends will have you working during your notice period with the zeal of a squirrel on energy drinks. It's the ego circus, and you're the star performer!

Pros

Literally zero pros. This company should be avoided like anything.

Cons

I have moved on from this company and it was the best decision ever. Now I feel relaxed and can sleep peacefully. Everyday is a firefighting here and you will continuously be micromanaged here. There is no one to guide and product leadership(so called) is just a yes sir person. All product folks who came into the company and were good eventually get fed up in 12-18-24 months. People staying more than this have sold their soul or are just incompetent and become yes sir person. Environment is pretty toxic. War rooms happen everyday. You build what bosses want. Roadmap and planning is just an optics exercise. A GPM I know left just to get his mental and physical health back in shape. Company also keeps firing every 6 months if you don’t bend to their ways. It’s one man show. Only join if you can dance to the tune of the ringmaster

Cons

Work load and work pressure is pretty high here, since it is a fast growing start up. No work from home policy
