A total of 6 rounds:
* Exploratory call - Some basic questions about my experience with AI, the models I have worked with.
* DSA - 2 LeetCode medium questions to be explained and written while on a call over Google Meet. Expect followup questions once you solve the problem.
* Prompt Engineering - In person round where the interviewer asked me to write a full prompt for a customer support chatbot while keeping the different edge cases in mind.
* Culture fitment round - Some basic questions like why you want to work at Navi and describe a time you failed. Aimed at gauging how good a fit you will be behaviour-wise.
* Hiring managed round - Asked to explain one of the projects from my work experience in depth, and then some questions to check how good a fit I will be for the team.
* Overall fitment round - Test of dealing with ambiguity and gauging suitability for the company as a whole.
Overall experience was nice. Things proceeded swiftly, the last 4 rounds were all in-person scheduled with short breaks on the same day. Interviewers were cooperative and polite. Got rejected in the cultural fitment round based on feedback I was able to procure.
