We take the concerns you've raised seriously, particularly around bonus payments, fairness in pay and how performance milestones are communicated and handled.
We are actively reviewing our internal processes to ensure that commitments made to employees are transparent, timely, and consistent.
We also deeply regret if you ever felt disrespected or unfairly treated. Comments that undermine someone's qualifications, even if made in jest, are not appropriate and do not reflect the inclusive culture we strive to build. Similarly, expectations around work-life boundaries must be clear and respectful contacting team members outside of reasonable hours is not something we condone, and we will continue working to reinforce those boundaries company-wide.
