Fantastic career progression opportunities (I started out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on the Power Team and am now the Senior Internal Recruiter) Financially rewarding - very lucrative earnings. Well structured bonus scheme. Modern vibrant atmosphere - if you like a buzzy yet relaxed office environment, Navartis is the one. Even given the size of the business now its still held its friendly, family feel. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help each other. An office full of like minded professionals with great work ethic all seeking to further their careers, earn lots of money and just have a better life! Recognition/meritocracy- you're not just a number here which I love. You're rewarded for your work and not just how long you've worked here or who you make friends with or if your face fits....its all about what you do and your results, its very fair. Fun social events - bowling, go-karting, casino, bbq's etc.
Cons
Its not easy!! If you want an easy ride and a job you can forget about when you walk out the door at 5....then Navartis and Recruitment isn't for you. A job at Navartis as a Recruiter is a career and you have to give it time and put in some hard graft...and I don't mean long-hours I mean sheer resilience, determination and focus.
