People are fantastic! Plenty of healthy snacks

Not a lot of parking at the former office

Free healthy snacks up the wazoo. Seriously, you'll never go hungry here because of all of the great snacks. You're always the first to try new snacks and can grab a pack whenever you get the munchies. People are friendly and everyone really loves the brand. I joined the team when it was only about 20 people so everyone helped out when we needed people packing boxes or doing customer service work. It was actually kind of fun. Salary is definitely fair and competitive.

Beware what the execs tell you when interviewing. I was told that I'd be able build my own team and promised a lot of things that were never delivered. I was told working independently was essential because everyone was so busy. However, at the end of the day, I was being micro managed and not given any form of autonomy. People were being hired without me ever interviewing them myself (even when I was told I would be able to) so that just led to a semi odd atmosphere at times.
