Pros

It's a small agency that feel like a little family. Everyone helps out and we all work as a team to complete our daily tasks

Cons

Since it's a bit smaller, sometimes workload can be overwhelming. We do our best to have a work/life balance, but it can feel like you're drowning in work on certain days.

Pros

Smart people looking to make a difference. A couple of core big brands that keep the work interesting. 100% remote for all employees. Collaboration is the key word and everyone practices it.

Cons

Sometimes the hours can be a little wonky, since the main client is located in Europe. Every now and again it would be nice to go into an office. My Microsoft Teams app is getting a lot of use.

Pros

Genius owner and a decent man. Flexible schedule. Good work/family balance. Gorgeous new office. Coffee, coffee, coffee. I found nearly all of the people at Natrel professional, competent and compassionate. I am not in advertising but rather held a key support role. I've read some of the reviews and they're unfair. Hard to complain about pay when you've accepted the job and salary. I've worked plenty of 2nd and 3rd jobs in my life to make ends meet. It's everyone's personal responsibility to manage their careers to achieve the salary they need. Get credentials. Get better. Do something other than anonymously throw your company under the bus online. Easy to complain about managerial decisions when the only decision you have to make is where to park, what to eat for lunch and how to manage your own time. The people complaining about senior management likely have never managed in the workplace. Easy to criticize business decisions when it's not your money or your business. Unfair but unfortunately typical in the workplace for the last 20 or so years. What a sense of bitterness, small-mindedness and entitlement from these negative reviews. Show up at Natrel and be willing to work hard, be smart, be a decent person...and you'll excel there.

Cons

None, really. Was a great experience for me. Was not looking to leave, but an unsolicited opportunity to advance in my career came in out of nowhere.
