I applied online. I interviewed at Natrel Communications (Parsippany, NJ)
Interview
In one word: "DECEPTIVE". In a few more words: "incredibly deceptive". So I applied for an entry level position (which was clearly posted on their website), had interviews for the entry level role and subsequently received the rejection a few days later because and not because "we found someone more qualified" but rather "We are only looking to hire for the supervisory position"- in spite of the entry level position still being advertised on the website. IN SPITE of the fact that I NEVER applied for the supervisory role. So it leads me to believe that they never intended to hire at the entry level role but interviewed me for "fun" I guess. Obviously I don't know what the company culture is like, the work environment etc... but if Natrel is willing to deceive you at the interview stage I can't imagine what kind of deception awaits if you actually get the job.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Natrel Communications in Jun 2014
Interview
Good interview, but once I walked out the door I never heard from the in-house recruiter again after several attempts. They'd weren't very knowledgable about the job they were interviewing for.
