Pros

I had a very clear and enjoyable interview process. The company kept me well-informed at every stage and clearly communicated the next steps, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I was also given a very engaging and meaningful task that helped me better understand the product and the type of work I would be doing. It gave me a realistic sense of the role, which was extremely helpful in deciding if it was the right fit for me. The onboarding experience has been equally positive. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-structured and organized everything is. Having a clear onboarding plan gave me peace of mind and made it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed or unsure about what to do. So far, everyone I’ve interacted with has been welcoming and supportive. The team comes across as energetic, motivated, and innovative, and I’m really looking forward to starting my journey here.

Pros

As an idea, they are helpful for you to hire from an international company. They keep the process legal according to your origin country.

Cons

- Unfortunately, their support processes are very bad according to their fees. - If you are an employee you are not valuable they only take care about the employer. - Their all paper work process is slapdash. - If you open a support ticket or ask for help it takes ages to take them answer. Their support specialists are not helpful. Each time different one tries to help your case that makes the process very complicated. Overall it takes ages to complete.
