Nice people mostly and some fun events. Pay is good.

Management take a long time to respond. If at all. Very little training and poor training. Lack of responsiveness and support.

After a year with the company, it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The people here genuinely care about their roles, their colleagues, and most importantly, the residents they serve. There’s real passion and purpose in the work we do. The industry in the UK is growing rapidly, which means processes are continually being developed, reviewed, and refined. It creates an environment that’s dynamic and evolving, you have to be adaptable and resilient. This is definitely a work-hard, high-reward culture, and having grit goes a long way. There are excellent recognition schemes in place, and leadership is progressive, learning alongside the organisation as the sector develops.
