- Nepotism (Friends and Family) No Holds Barred. *Despite* Skill Level. - Management Team is out of touch with today's workplace/workforce and demonstrates the inability to control their insecurities in order to proactively lead and empower the team. - Egos are bigger than actual skill. - Inconsistent job responsibilities and direction. Shoots from the hip with guidance. -Preaches Teamwork and Professional development and does little of either in practice.
