-Company that provide opportunity for everyone who wish to perform to shine and stand out -Always listen to employee through surveys and rewards and awards those who contributed -Every managers is very nice attitude and they emphasize a very friendly and encouraging working environment
Cons
-Too many manual processes, the company try to retain and protect their internal workers' right so many processes tend to do it in-house -KPI oriented company which causes quite a lot finger-pointing games that caused issues couldn't be solve on time
