Good Place to Work - Could Make Some Improvement - Individual Contributor National Instruments Employee Review

Pay is below industry average Company is unwilling to let bad performers go. Instead all of company takes a 5% paycut when we could have easily let bottom 5 or 10% of bad performers go. Don't punish all of company just to continue to say "we haven't had a layoff". Company is too consensus driven. Some decisions may take weeks to make instead of leadership saying, "this is what we are going to do".
