Here’s the deal. Natgen used to be AMAZING. The paid fairly, healthcare wasn’t too expensive and it was decent, lots of company paid holidays, voluntary OT, and PTO. But not anymore.
Cons
This merger with Allstate is raping the current employees. We become exempt employees, and they raise the cost of healthcare? So now insuring a family costs $12k a year, but they take away any opportunity to offset that with Overtime pay??
