      Pros

      The people you work in the trenches with are great. The compensation is fair until you figure out the hourly rate when they expect you to work 60+hours. Location was great.

      Cons

      Expect to work 60-70 hours in claims. Had to pay for parking.

      - Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
