1.) Decent Salary 2.) Still have several management folks who care about the employees and a job well done 3.) Still offered 401K and benefits
Cons
1.) Open door policy means to agree with management and if for some reason you disagree, it must be presented a very positive manner 2.) Share your thoughts and ideas….only if they are the same as management and HR 3.) Work longer hours – even if you are an efficient employee, you need to work just as long or longer than the co-worker that takes all day to do half of what you do 4.) Perception, Perception, Perception…it’s all about the perception
