      Colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. The MD values the opinions of all members during meetings. Collaboration with many institutions and organizations allows for a quick understanding of various areas of 3D printing applications.

      There are no structured intern programmes since I was the first intern there. Work and learning is partially independently driven
