Pros
- Good culture - Good Work life balance, hybrid working. - Lots of leaves, no micromanagement at least in my team.
Cons
- Terrible work - Very poor growth and increment mostly in single digits and the justification given is we guys are already in higher end of the band as per the company role. For all the talks of building AI products, the salary doesn't even feel close to the market standards of other mid-level product companies. - Not much quality work or pay.
