Pros
Very good culture and conditions. Surrounded by lot of intelligent and inspiring people. Work was also interesting. Plenty of opportunities to move within the company.
Cons
Didn't like the RTO policy. Got the feeling that the company doesn't trust its employees and follows what other companies were doing in the market regardless of the fact that the remote work within Nasdaq was very successful during the pandemic.
