      Pros

      Lots of great benefits and supportive colleagues. I've been WFH ever since COVID with no plans to return to the office, though the official policy is a "hybrid" work schedule with 2 days in the office.

      Cons

      High turnover and not a lot of opportunity for advancement without re-skilling.
