Pros
Adena is everything you want in a CEO: intelligent, savvy, communicative, coachable, empathetic, and assertive when needed. She knows how to build a brand. Oh and a few benefits are decent.
Cons
There are bloated enablement functions who do very little enablement and instead have directors and VPs talking in circles using business jargon in place of actual action or innovation. Executive leadership knows this is a problem and has been told so, but does nothing. Collaboration is non-existent on some teams and delusion take the place of constructive optimism.
