Pros
Nasdaq has some fantastic dedicated people working hard and sincerely. It's a very team oriented culture and people tend to pull their weight. Yes, there is plenty of politics, but that is corporate life. Still, it's a great company working prominently on the world stage.
Cons
Under-market compensation and slow forward career path. The company is also too lean and certain groups are stretched too thin.
