Opportunities to develop my skills were not as much as I would have liked. After 3 months I felt like I had learnt as much as I could be trusted with at that moment in time. It is hard to climb the corporate ladder, especially if you are based in the London Office (this is only applicable to my department). Salary is below the average for the industry
