Pros
Very interesting and challenging work with a huge impact on the global economy. Much more strategic direction in recent years--solid core business with growing new offerings. Lots of upward or lateral opportunity for those willing to take on new projects and responsibilities. Solid compensation and benefits programs including all employee bonuses and stock grants, stock purchase plan, generous health and retirement plans.
Cons
Lean organization, so employees have a lot of responsibility, which impacts work/life balance. Internal processes and systems are in the process of being upgraded--patience is needed. Recognition is limited due to fast pace and volume of work.
