Senior leadership, Legal, and HR have taken several actions to reinforce our cultural expectations. Handbooks, policies, and Code of Ethics clearly address areas including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. We deliver monthly Ethics in Action webinars addressing timely topics. We offer a SpeakUp! program to provide an anonymous, confidential way for employees to come forward with questions or issues on any topic. We encourage all employees to raise any concerning issues. Our commitment is to listen and take all issues seriously, professionally and discretely investigate, follow up with employees, and take necessary action when appropriate. Our prohibition against retaliation is strictly enforced and communicated clearly. HR does not run this program and is not exempt from any reported inquiries or concerns.
