Webcast/ Multimedia Producer - Anonymous employee Nasdaq Employee Review

Middle management is fairly weak. I cannot speak speak for all departments but primarily in the multimedia/webcast departments, management really had no clue how to oversee people. Their technical skills may have been solid but leading people not a strength.
