      Pros

      I believe they have an innovative product with a lot of potential, as well as amazingly intelligence scientists.

      Cons

      At the time I was there, the company was very poorly managed, with high turn-over, and low morale. It looks like it has been doing a lot better in the last year, so potentially it has improved.
