Pros

Base pay is very good. The company produces a very high level of product for the market. Dedicated staff. Interesting work.

Cons

Management is poor with respect to how staff are handled and also how business is conducted. Generally the answer to any concerns raised are met with the "you are lucky to have a job" attitude, which isn't very helpful. I found the higher management make quite poor strategic decisions; this leads to promises which are never delivered. A down-turn in the market has not helped either. The work does require long hours, anywhere between 45 and 60 hours, which does vary but will stay high. Base pay is good, but perks are minimal, no raise or bonus should be expected, no other fringe benefits, pension wasn't competitive either. High turnover of staff, this accounts for the low median tenure of 2 years.

Pros

-Work time flexibility -Nice job mates

Cons

-No respect for engineers. Management does not trust their employees and makes bad decisions based on own opinions that has lead the company to a not-that-satisfying situation -Fake promises about contracts. Some colleagues were under false self-employement (which is illegal) conditions for over a year with the promises of being offered a regular contract. After that year, they were fully converted to freelance workers with no chance of negotiation about contract conditions, so they were lied to and offered things that led them to accept a job that otherwise would have been rejected. Most of those colleagues (senior profiles) have been laid off and juniors have taken over of activities they do not have control over -Some of the roles that have been disposed of have been reopened a month later, which means they make wrong decisions without giving any thought.
