HR screening, 2 interviews with BDM, experience checks. Then decision between those BDM's and might be additional round of interview with Head. After negotiation with HR regarding the salary and other work related conditions.

Interview
Although the title says software Q. A. engineer the reality is that they are looking for electronics / hardware Q. A. engineer. The oporunities to grow as Q. A. Enginner are unclear. Oportunies to grow from manual to automation are highly doubtful.

Interview
The recruitment process was fine in general. It was somehow long and could've been better at giving feedback especially towards the end. I would've appreciated better alignment of the technical interview and the assignment to the required skillset for the position. Seems like a great place to work.
