Pros

People are good about collaborating. I've seen very little in the way of politics. It's a pretty agile company for its size. Good leadership -- maybe mobile didn't work out like Jensen hoped, but it's hard to point at anything that was obviously a bad move.

Cons

The company has a culture of moving fast and not letting anything get in the way. This causes people to reinvent the wheel sometimes. It also seems like teams can get focused on the fire of the day and forget to think strategically. NVIDIA will take everything you will give it, so you have to set your own limits. I personally haven't had a problem doing that, but I've heard about people who have.

Pros

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Cons

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
