    - Very warm and friendly work environment.
    - Fun company team events.
    - Great work desk, chairs and latest computers to work on.

    - Some benefits in Toronto, Canada office don't match that of workers in USA.
Ex. No matching CDN RRSP contribution benefits to match the USA 401k equivalent.
    - No direct employee discounts on GPUs. Only NVIDIA $$$ in gear store that don't yet benefit Canadian employees due to heavy shipping and customs tariffs.

    Advice to Management

    - Management is very good at getting our projects completed and delivered to our customers.
    - Management delivers fair employee reviews and are transparent to their employees.
    - Management offers opportunities for career growth, skill development and training.
    - Management is doing a great job of keeping the red tape on the 'low down' which helps employees get things done!

    Pros

Working with brilliant people and seeing the cutting edge technology before it is available to public. Nvidia really tries to attract interns not by giving superficial perks but rather feed us with knowledge and their vision of the future of the company and computing

    Cons

Salary for interns are lower than average for the area

I have been working at NVIDIA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great freedom to get things done, very collaborative and flat management structure. No ego's, everyone is here to get awesome things done. Very open about whats going on and where we are heading as an organization. CEO and managment is very focused and strategic.

HR Functions are very slow to change and behind the times in how process should work. In some cases to much red tape to take direct decisions, a little slow sometimes to get things done.

    Advice to Management

Offer more employee perks on a daily basis, it helps build even more commitment if your employees feel you care about them everyday.
