Pros
As a new employee, I am amazed by the supportive attitudes of my colleagues and managers. The compensation and benefits are far better than current market competitors. The onboarding process was highly educational and got me up to speed quickly.
Cons
The company is moving at warp speed and the work is fast-paced. There are times I would like to have more time to dedicate to a particular task. I am frequently out of my comfort zone. (Not sure that is a bad thing in the long run.)
