      I work in the self-driving division and see: 1. Relevant and exciting projects, clear goals and mission 2. Very good people 3. Very good working conditions: * efficient management * efficient company processes * no bureaucracy 4. Highly competitive compensation

      Cons

      I do not see any disadvantages now.
