Pros

I've never seen so many creative people around as during the time when I worked for NVIDIA. Typically, whatever you do, the work is really interesting. And, of course, if you don't like an assignment, you can reject it. That is, if you want to do only what is interesting, you'll do what is interesting.

Cons

NVIDIA workers at the Moscow office are definitely underpayed. The salaries of skilled programmers at the Moscow office of NVIDIDA are 20-30% lower than those in other companies located in Moscow.

Pros

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Cons

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
