Pros

HR policies are employee centric i.e. unlike various other service based companies (which are employer centric) - NVidia takes good care of employees given that you are performing good and maintaining good rapport. Management will grant full autonomy for your work once you have proved your excellence and built confidence. Pays above competition. If you have strong leadership skills (along with technical expertise) , you can get to relevant position quickly in the ladder given you have consistently performed and proved yourself. No age/experience criteria for exceptional candidate. Core beliefs/principles of company culture are very fair and encouraging. No time constraints (i.e. no. of hours and in/out time) I was placed through campus recruitment. I left due to personal reasons, but i would recommend to anyone with right attitude and skills can benefit and flourish through this company and its culture.

Cons

I don't see any Cons but rather want to give few suggestions as per my experience.

Pros

Technical excellence and engineering rigor – Working alongside some of the smartest engineers in the industry. Code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization were taken seriously. Cutting-edge technology – Unparalleled exposure to GPUs, CUDA, AI infrastructure, and low-level systems programming. Truly a place where you can work on problems that define the next decade of computing. Impact – Your work ships in products used by millions of gamers, researchers, and data centers worldwide. That visibility is rare and rewarding. Leadership in AI/ML – NVIDIA is not just riding the AI wave; it’s enabling it. Being at the center of that as an engineer was professionally transformative. Compensation – Competitive salary + RSUs that have appreciated significantly over time. The financial upside for long-term employees has been substantial.

Cons

Internal mobility – Moving between teams (e.g., from automotive to gaming) was harder than promised. Managers sometimes blocked transfers.
