Pros

NVIDIA allows me to grow faster. Especially in term of community. Easily get the good feel on the working ambience. The regional team also very helpful and communicative.

Cons

For country team, NVIDIA divided the team to 3 division; Sales, Marketing, Community. The most difficult thing is to sync with the sales and act as country lead. Community can't be distracted by sales, but community can help to drives sales.

Internal mobility – Moving between teams (e.g., from automotive to gaming) was harder than promised. Managers sometimes blocked transfers.
