      Cons

      Hard to get promoted or to get a raise. Even though you are a junior, you are sold to the client as a mid and do work as a mid engineer, so lots to do but low salary

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
