Great individuals. Local culture of investing in the community. Aggressive sales organization that is well compensated. Decent paid time off in an overall weak benefits package.
Cons
Too bureaucratic. Can't deliver on objectives because senior and middle management controls. Unable to delegate. Decision and budget rights at the senior levels create a funnel and delays that impact delivery and morale. Culture of cronyism that seems impenetrable.
