      Niche in SAP Opputunity to learn.

      Cons

      No communication from management. No fairness in apprisals, promotions. Huge salary diffrence within the same level. If joining try to negotiate as much as possible. Management doesn't even try to retain good people, think they are in the company because of their own personal reasons. If ur politically correct u'll have a great time..

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
