      Excellent engineering management and engineering staff.

      Cons

      Lack of managerial experience and "Insight" in some departments with employee impacting decisions being made based on if employees went to school or attended weddings with manager. When business is going good management input isn't greatly required but in touch times lack of experience shows.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
