      Good Environment and Good Salary

      Ntt is the best company salary wise but coming to career there will not be any growth personally as there are not many development and testing projects and all testers and developers would be put into support projects and coming out of those support projects would be cumbersome. So be careful with it . Instead just join a start up and when you are done with your career growth come and join ntt

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
