      Pros

      Is really great work place due to: extended technological pallet and some really interesting projects Nice location and office Great job outlook and fast growth opportunities. Within two to three years you can double salary (if you start as a junior). Good clients and great if not the best benefits Transparency across all the teams and the management team Excellent Work Culture which gives real comfort for employees to enjoy work Career growth opportunities, I was really impressed by the effort the make to offer training (technical and non technical), certifications and courses Excellent work/life balance

      none worth mentioning now. We will see ;)

      Pros

      - Strong global presence allows for diverse projects, clients, and opportunities - Enabled and encouraged to learn new technologies, use tools, and grow skills - Generally supportive teams and cross collaboration - Great work-life balance in many roles

      Cons

      - Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
