Layoffs. I survived at least 4 since the pandemic before I was laid off myself. Employee morale is low due to frequent layoffs. They give you a bonus of 10%, but it's almost never paid out. They are merging with NTT Data and this will create staffing redundancies, and likely more layoffs.
