      I can't think of anything good to say anymore. When they were Dell Services, it was a good company.

      Cons

      NTT Data Services purchased Dell Services and initially continued Dell's practice of having a good mixture of mature, experienced onshore staff with the less expensive offshore assets. After a couple of years, NTT corporate laid off most of the experienced American and offshore staff, replacing them with people of much less skill. This was to the detriment of their customers.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
