      Work life balance depends on project, leave policy, leave encashment, etc, etc

      Cons

      very less hikes, always single digit hike though you got promoted, no proper care for employees, worst senior management especially in hyderabad location

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
