      Good Company,Good BI projects and process oriented approaches.Incentives and bonus based on your performance.No Variable pay full ctc is fixed.

      Cons

      Hikes are very less and almost giving single digits. No trainings to improve the skill sets HR policies are very bad and dont know when they will remove it.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
